If your child is more fearful or hesitant than other children their age, they might benefit from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT helps children, adolescents, and their families understand anxiety and the things that feed it. Rise teaches children and adolescents how to face their fears with the support of the loving adults in their lives.
