Path to Healing: PTSD Treatment Group
What: The Rise Path to Healing: PTSD Treatment Group is a six-session virtual program created by Dr. Taylor Ceroni that is designed to equip you with the essential skills to navigate your traumatic experiences and transform your thought patterns. The experience of a traumatic event and the development of PTSD can be highly isolating, but you are not alone.
By examining the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, you will learn to challenge distorted beliefs about yourself and the world. This process paves the way for personal growth and the gradual release of the grip of PTSD. This group aims to foster a sense of community and shared understanding among participants, providing a safe space to share experiences, insights, and triumphs. By embarking on this journey together, you will find validation, support, and encouragement from others who are also navigating their path to healing. As you learn to reframe your thoughts, gain resilience, and find renewed purpose, you move closer to reclaiming your lives and stepping into a future marked by healing and empowerment.
