You will be taught how to unhook from your mind and become a more active participant in your life. Each week will focus on a different treatment component and will include materials for independent work between sessions. All aspects of treatment will be provided by licensed clinical psychologists, Dr. Melissa Dufrene and Dr. Kristin Fitch.
Where: Virtual platform.
