Rise Center for OCD and Anxiety contracts with Dr. Raines to provide a virtual group program, Safety Aid Reduction Treatment (START), for adults with anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and depression.

Dr. Raines completed her Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology at Florida State University in 2016 and both her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral residency at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Currently, she works full-time as a clinical investigator at SLVHCS and holds an academic appointment as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Louisiana State University. Her theoretical orientation follows evidence-based guidelines and is rooted in cognitive behavioral principles. Dr. Raines has over 13 years of clinical experience, obtained throughout her graduate and postgraduate training, treating patients with anxiety and related conditions. In addition, she has a strong research background. Dr. Raines has published over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts and received support for her work through various internal and external agencies. Dr. Raines is the Chair of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT) Research and Professional Development Committee and a member of the Association of VA Psychologist Leaders (AVAPL), and Division 12 of the American Psychological Association (APA). Further, she serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Psychopathology and Behavioral Assessment. During her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband Jason, and Goldendoodle Saint Charles.
